Goals
We would provide management with an honest and detailed assessment of each driver authorized to operate a company vehicle. At LETS, we recommend each driver be assessed once per year to combat complacency and ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
Goals
An equipment operator competency evaluation would be conducted by an experienced LETS Trainer/Examiner. Upon completion of said assessment, a detailed report would be submitted to the appropriate department heads. We recommend that operators be assessed once per year to ensure company and trade policies and procedures are followed.
